Load Sensing Axle System

  • Commonly used on air braked trailers to deploy lift axles with air suspension when trailer is loaded.
  • Prevents the overloading of the trailer’s fixed down axles if operator neglects to lower the lift axle(s)
  • The system monitors the load by sensing the pressure in the trailer’s air suspension.
  • Lift axle(s) deployment range of trigger pressure from 25 to 80 psi
