Is there at least 95 psi of supply pressure as measured at the supply port of the spring brake valve?

Caution!!!
 Only qualified and competent personel should attempt to service braking systems. Block wheels before servicing trailer air brake system. Drain reservoirs before removing air lines, hose, valves or servicing valves. Consult brake chamber manufacturer's safety recommendations before working on brake chambers.
