Converting Systems Using 110147 Spring Brake Valve
The 110147 is obsolete. There are two methods for replacing the valve with newer product. Both are shown below.
Typical 110147 Installation
Replace While Preserving The Protected Reservoir System
The replacement valve can be a 110170, 110171, 110191, 110310, or 110315.

  These instructions assume the replacement valve to be a 110170.
1. Detach lines and remove Sealco 110147 valve from reservoir
2. Connect Sealco 110170 to reservoir using nipple. If reservoir port is ½” use Sealco 6002 nipple,
3. Connect supply line (red) to supply port of 110170
4. Connect control line (blue) to control port of 110170 (and other service valves).
5. Connect deliver hoses to delivery ports of 110170
6. Place tee fitting in reservoir line as shown below.


Replace Using Modern Spring Brake Valve And System
The replacement valve can be replaced with a 110700, *110800, or *110500.
*These can be used where their spring brake priority will not affect system integrity or function.

  These instructions assume the replacement valve to be a 110700.
1. Detach lines and remove Sealco 110147 valve from reservoir
2. Connect Sealco 110700 to reservoir using nipple. If reservoir port is ½” use Sealco 6002 nipple,
3. Connect supply line (red) to supply port of 110700
4. Connect control line (blue) to control port of 110700 (and other service valves).
5. Connect deliver hoses to delivery ports of 110700
6. Connect a line between all reservoirs in the system group.
